Thanks. He' s already a big fan of the outdoors and he loves going to Cabelas. He' s very impressed with all the mounts.

My next kid is due on November 30th. The day before opening day of buck season.

Then he' s got another 12 years. LOL I' ll be taking him out once he' s old enough to tag along in the woods. Until then we can watch the hunting shows on TV.

I dont have any kids yet (i am single so kinda hard at moment for that) but when i do, i plan to take them out hunting with me eventually.

My son is 2.5 years old and he is already fascinated by the wildlife. I can' t wait till he' s old enough to go out on a hunt. Good luck to you guys and the new younguns on the way!

Cute kid, teach him well. But, I' ve got a question. Why wait 12 years? I was shooting doves and squirrels with a 20ga. at 9 Years old and fly fishing at 8. Of course that was a single shot 20 and a piece of fly line on a bream pole. I did catch fish and kill animals and loved every minute of it. Thats why small game is still my favorite at 27 when all my friends are deer hunters.
