Default Got a fox squirrel today

Got a big fox squirrel this morning. Skinned him out and soaked him most of the day. Fried him in oil for about 25 minutes. I browned him first then let him simmer. He was just a little tough, so might need to cook him a little more/less next time?

Yes, it took two shots with the shot gun to get him.

put him in a pressure cooker for 40 min. then dredge in flour/batter and fry golden brown, the meat will fall off the bone.
