Default Squirrel Supper

Squirrel supper with squirrels from last year.
Made with Zatarains New Orleans Style Jambalaya Mix.
And Yes it is Goooooooooooooooooooooood.
That was my last squirrels.
Squirrel season is in 8 days, October 17th, so fresh squirrels are on the way.

geez thats really tough, about the season that is , owr season opens 1 june here in ks . here it is oct and the leaves are just beginning to thin . i'v already eaten so many sq im tired of cooking them . getting ready for deer season .
