Default Squirrels with a bow

I have never hunted squirrels and am thinking about trying it this fall. Season here opens friday and I thought this would be a fun way to scout my deer areas.
My question is, what does everyone do with them? I was brought up very strict hunting rules, one being that you eat what you shoot. So, are squirrels good eating?

Just wondering. Thanks

If you have a slow cooker, it is one of the best ways to cook them. Check on the Cooking segment of this board for stew recipes into which you can use squirrel.
