Default bobcats

i see 5or 6 bobcats a week and there every were but why are they illigal to hunt here in louisiana

we got a season here in tennessee on bobcats. i killed 4 bobcats this past winter. i killed one when i was deer hunting. it was a biggin. then we killed a few small ones when we was rabbit huntin.we got a lot of bobcats here in tennessee.before you know it there will be bobcats all over lousiana. and they will be causing ploblems.

I saw what was either a bobcat or Lynx the other day when coming home from friends house. I do remember this one time when i was at a dry river bank letting my dog (before i had to get rid of him because of a stupid cat) run around and getting silly. He spotted a Lynx and chased after it. Happy to say it got away rather then make a stand, it was would have torn Traz up easily.

I had a bobcat try stalking me before went out side of the camper before going to bed to pee and there he was crouching down and slowly crawing to me

hate to say it but i' m scared of them now

Bobcat are legal in Oregon if you have a furbearers permit. I see them sometimes up in the hills. I don' t remember ever hearing about one attacking a person, at least not around here. There was an incident where a guy was reaching to pick something up next to his barn and one happened to be under the barn and reached out and swatted at the guy' s arm. That would be enough to scare you if you weren' t expecting it!
