I've killed at least 30 every fall for 40 years, my favorite food, will get the 17 HM2 out and sighted in before long.

we use .32 and .36 caliber flintlocks but yes!

we are ready!

alot of states are open already, some photos are pretty impressive and put me to shame...a limit of squirrels everytime out and head shot with a iron sighted .36 caliber flintlock longrifle?

i HOPE to get my limit with the flinter, I am not as good as some with the longrifle. Old eyes see iron sights hard, we gotta get close! LOL.

edit:

can't get pictures to post but log in and you can see them, anyone is welcome, I think they have the log in thing to stop spam.

Squirrels with a flintlock?! Now that is what I call giving 'em a sporting chance. My hats off to ya!! I shoot 'em with an old Winchester model 67 bolt action with iron sites and love it!!! All the best to you all this season, Budman-
