Default Late season Fox Tactics??

I live up here in Pennsylvania, in the Central part, where we have a lot of hardwoods and a lot of scrub oak thickets, and early in the season we always hit it hard and kill a bunch of Gray foxes, the first night this year, i shot 2 then the second night i shot 3, we weren't able to stay out for as long as what I had hoped, either time, we only did around 10 calls, In recent years we have also noticed we seem to call less and less in, and usually I cant get anyone to go with me after deer season goes out and we've got snow on the ground, What i'm thinking is that the snow on the ground will make the foxes have more trouble finding game and will be looking for that easy meal, thus making them easier to call. Am I right in my thinking and what should I do as far as changing my tactics from the early season tactics to the late season tactics, I'll also add we don't hunt any fields really, we usually use shot guns and call them into shotgun range. This is my other passion other than bowhunting so anyone who can give me advice would be greatly appreciated I'm just wading into uncharted terratory and we've got good snow coming down tonight so. Anyone think they can help me out and give me a few tips on foxhunting in the late season/winter time

Ryan.

Well I went out last night and didn't see anything, we made 10 calls in around 10-12 inches of fresh powder. Called a spot that we have never gone into and not at least seen a fox. Just an off night, we also didn't start until around 1230am so. Maybe an off night maybe they're getting call shy. I'm not real sure what it is but we're not having and luck at all this year. We tried 2 new spots that are adjacent to other spots we call, usually if you just switch the call location you can get them to come in if they're smart or onto you, but that wasn't the case last night. Maybe I'll try it again tonight I have work tomorrow but who cares anyhow, its just work.
