Default Skinning and tanning a fox

Well, I shot my first predator this evening while deer hunting. I shot a beautiful red fox from about 15 yards with bow. I was wondering if anyone has any good links to skinning and tanning a fox? My father and I have never done a hide before, but we would like to make it nice so we can bring it up to our Cabin in New York. Thanks guys,
Mike
I will post pics up later
I kind of want something like this: http://tetonartgallery.com/stuff/fox.JPG

A cheap method, is to use 20 Mule Team Borax and rub it into the hide to remove moisture, fat and excess meat. The down side it won't leave the hide soft, but it will keep the skin from rotting. I have some hides over 40 years old and still look good.
