that is what i use my .22 when we go deer hunttin' i take the .22 but i use shorts when we go regular squirrel hunttin' i use longs

I would go with the pump it is accurate and my brother
shoots at birds in trees and still kills them.

I like the RWS, Model 45. Its a one cock rifle, but shoots 1000 feet per second with a .177 caliber pellet. It has adjustable sight also and they sell mounts for scopes too. It sells for a little over 200. You can get the cheaper models also. I think the model 34 shoots 700 FPS and that one is in the mid 100' s. There nice rifles though

get a powerline880 its accurate and powerfull i' ve shot tons of chipmunks with it and i' ve shot birds and rabbits with it my friend lives just ouside of town and hes got tons of birds and rabbits so we get together a lot and go hunting last time i was hunting with him beetween 3 people we got 3 rabbits and to many birds to count all my friends have powerline 880' s and they will kill squirrels easly my friend killed one in one shot at about 30 we have great fun and powerlines are cheap and they are tuffffff very tuffff
