I have about a dozen made from wire coat hanger and black fabric. I have a bout 6 factory molded ones. I put an owl deke on a 10ft grey PVC pipe and drill a hole just at its feet and place a molded deke sideways on a welding rod and it spins and flops with the wind.
REALLY drives them nuts to see it moving around and every once in awhile you hear their claws hit the fake owl as they attack!!!!! Then the 7-1/2's take over!!!!!!!!!
