Default Rat Trapping

Hey can someone please send me a tutorial for maing a rat trap and what the best baits would be to use in them and where the best places to put them would be??

For mice I would use a 5 gallon bucket, fill it a third up with water, put a good dose of peanut butter along the inside of the bucket an inch or two down, the put a wooden board as a plank leading the mouse to the bucket and the usually fall in trying to get to the peanut butter and drown. I am not sure how big the rats are you are trying to catch, but this works for mice.

yup kilswitch we had a bucket for our leaky sink and a mouse fell in and couldnt get out

sure works for mice, Rats I believe may be able to swim and get away.
