badger hunting

Any one have any tips for badgers. Do you guys find holes and set up on them like ground hogs, or can you try and call them out with a sqeaker.[8D]

I have yet to hunt one of these guy' s. I generally stumble across one as I' m hunting for something else, summer and winter. I' m interested in knowing if there actually is a way to hunt them too.

I only know of a couple of guys that have ever called in a badger, or two. I had one pop out of his hole several times while I was calling, but I never did get a shot on him. I sure don' t know of a proven way to hunt them with consistant success. Trappers have better luck at catching them than hunters do hunting them!
