Default Groundhog Practice

When it comes to Practicing for the summer with my rifle I think that shooting groundhogs 150-300 yards is the best way. They are a small target and are alive so they move unlike a bullseye target or something. How do you target practice?

Usually prairie dogs, but I do a lot of long range coyote hunting too (I' ll often use my deer rifle in both cases, just to keep up with it, instead of my .22-250' s). Bunnies are pretty good this time of year too, just as the clover is really starting to come out, they get really dumb, you can set 300yrds off and blow one in half, and some of them will even run in your direction! They pretty much just scatter in all directions, then come back and keep eating, not the brightest of animals but I do enjoy hunting them.
