Default rabbit hunting in Iowa

I am planning a rabbit hunting trip to Iowa and was wondering if someone could give me some information and when to go and some good areas or public land to hunt thanks.

ask the land owners, but 100% of the time the ladies will tell you to shoot em all ( cause they eat there flowers trees etc) need to find brushy area with lots of trees and bushes. you can also get on line at iowa dnr.com and find public land

Iowas a big place, if you could narrow it down to your area it may help people to reply to this.
