Snow not so much unless it is a blizzard or a driving wind. You will rarely if eversee them in a downpour. If you do, they may be heading back to their den.

Not so much while it is snowing, but if there is snow on the ground they are more active looking for food.

I seem to always see them when it is raining really hard, dont know if they are on their way back to dens or what.
