Got a ruger 10/22 and need help

I got an all (Apg Hd)camo ruger 10/22. And i had some question like what does a stablization module do? Whats a good scope for squirrel? And anything else cheap and easy i could do to make it better

Ah, the Ruger 10/22 is the "swiss army knife" of guns. There are a ton of cheap and easy mods you can do for one. It up to you as far as how you want the gun to feel and shoulder. You didn't mention a sling, you could get one of those for it as a start. Maybe a bipod too.

As far as the stabilization module, I'm not quite sure what that is or what it would do. My neighbor has a newer 10/22 and it has a false muzzle brake looking thing on the end of the muzzle, and it's supposed to balance the rifle out better... Is it something like that? Hopefully someone can shed some light on this as I'm interested now.

Get a extended magazine release and a autobolt release, they really make the whole gun easier to operate.

The Stabilizer thing is pretty much a muzzel break it makes it more balance. hows it mounted?
