got this little gal in one of my dirthole sets today. my first fox.

My2 cents on your scent. Most likely it smelled bait or lure on your trap from contamination some how. Thats why you always wear rubber gloves to handle your traps and remove them to bait and lure. Your human scent won't cause them to dig your trap up. If anything would make them real cautious around your sets.
