Default How do you fix you squirrel

How do you fix you squirrel? I have all but hunting squirrel because I do not know how to fix them. I think that I have tryed every way and the meat is not worth eating. So if you have a way you like to fix it give me a holler and it might try it out. If I can't fined a way I like to eat the meat then I will have to stop hunting for them. There is reason to killem if you wont eatem. So give me holler and save something I like to do.

cut your squirrel into 5 pieces, the leggs and the back with the backstraps on it, discard the ribs, now either pressure cook them for 1/2 hour or boil till tender, remove from the pot, roll in flour and fry them brown, add salt and pepper to taste.

This is how i fix them. Cut them into pieces salt and pepper to taste roll in flour. Get a cast iron skillet with oil hot put them in, cover with a lid, cook them slowly turning ever so often until done. Be sure not to over cook them. Unless they are those big un's like the ones with huge gonads, they will be really tender. For the big-uns make dumplins with them.
