Default gut piles & crip geese

I made three sets sat. morning, in three real good spots. Could not get a taker at any of the calls. The farmer said he heard them all night long. I think the gut piles, and wounded geese may have alot to do with it. I almost would have felt better if I at least saw one, or two out at 400 or 500yrds, and would'nt come in.

Default RE: gut piles & crip geese

It happens some times, no matter how good of a caller you are. We all have those days that leave us scratching our heads. It's funny too, because we all always find something to blame the lack of success on. The full moon, too warm, too windy, too much easy food for them, too much calling pressure, etc. Sometimes the ol' coyoteee just ain't in the mood!! Besides, if it were easy, everyone would be doing it!!
