When my son 14 ,I would take coke cans filled with rocks then take my son out in a field have him hold his gun the same way he would hold it if we were hunt .Then i would stand off to one side and throw it so he would have to follow the can and shoot it befor e it stops , we would do that a few times then i would stand behind him and do the same thing he had to shoot the can before it stoped he was useing a 410 then.I also did the same thing when i was teaching him how to shoot at a running squrrile.

I like to shoot the rabbit trap I have at my deer camp. I figure if i can hit them suckers going like 50mph a normal rabbit should be a smidge easier.
