Default Dura coating traps

Has anyone ever tried this, it is a coating used for guns, you spray it on then bake the finish on, suppose to last years, I seen this on trapperman.com and the guy who did it has never come back.. I wanted to use the brown color on traps for bobcats in the west..

I think a coon or coyote is gonna chew that stuff off of there. Thats why I use speed dip, and redo them alot, cheap and easy.
