jrb, I was raised up in a household consisting of my brother and I, and my parents, my dad and my brother had an inherited trait, they could remove the hide from a squirrel and leave most of the hair on. Mom absolutely refused to cook squirrels unless I skinned them, and dad and bro kept me busy, I've used that method for almost 40 years, have tried to explain it to folks on the net but was never successful. thanks for the link!
