Which lever action .17 HMR to get?

Hi guys, check out these two .17 HMR's, there is a henry lever action and a ruger lever action. Which one of these two rifles would you get?

I would prefer the Henry model, but that's just from readng too many Louis L'amour books. But i would much prefer my Marlin bolt action over any lever action carbine.

Out of those 2, I'd choose the Henry(because I have one in .22), but I would rather have a savage .17hmr BA, which I own.
