hi, i would love to have some squirrel skin but dont really know how to skin the squirrel without messing the skin up. Sure i know i need to cut on it but where and how would i get the skin off the head?
Usally, you cant get the skin of the head because during the skining process you have to cut the head off along with the ankles of the squirrel thats were you start. the skining process is kinda hard to explain with words so just look it up on ask.com or google type in, How to skin a squirrel you should get the answers your looking for

i found a site with step by step on skinning a squirrel thanks, its not to hard of what it looks like. And i see its hard with the head so i'll just forget the head i dont mind. Just as long as i get the body and tail im fine.
and your saying start at the ankles? hmm on this site it says start under the chin and cut down to the tail.
Im not hunting it its my boy friends friend, i dont know what he hunts with all i know is he's the one that kills squirrel. I would just ask him how to skin one but he does it different where he does not save the skin he just cuts it off and messes it up. He dont know how to skin a squirrel to where you keep its pelt, he just knows how to clean and cook it lol.
