Hey guys I am planning on doing some coyote trapping this next season and I am needing some information. Whats the best set for coyotes, dirt set, dirt hole set, scent post or what and what kind of scents? I have used the dirt hole set and only caught coons and possums from it. I am also needing a good website that I can order some traps from, I would like some snares and leg traps preferably. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I like the flat set or blind sets for coyotes. Pro's choice and Fox Hollow GHII and Voo Doo for lure. If I make a dirt hole I'll use Powder River Paste Bait.For traps I like the MB-650 from the web site linked below. Thre traps are coyote proof and ready to set after dying. They don't need adjusting or beefing up. Well worth the money.
