Has anyone ever eaten coyote. If you did, how did you prepare it?

A coyote is like a 4 legged walking garbage disposal, eats anything and everything...I would rather eat dirt.

First off why would you want to?

I had a friend who ate the back straps. Said they were good. Yuck.
