Default Hope somebody got a coyote or two

Last weekend I got a coyote, my buddy got one, and we saw three other dogs in one morning. Went out this morning, made four sets, and never saw a dog. perfect weather, wind just right, go figure. I knew the last place should have been a perfect set up, had a southeast breeze at 5 miles an hour, about the only time you can hunt this spot.

some times it just dont work out no matter how perfect everything seems does it,I saw fresh tracks that were less than an hour old the other morning walking in to a set,I know they were fresh because the way it was snowing they couldn't have been there long,I kiled that dark colored coyote there and three others over the last few years so it's one of my favorite places, but I haven't had any luck there since november,I hunt it about once a month when every thing seems right.good luck, you seem to hunt alot and must have a lot of coyotes up there so it's just a matter of time before the next one.
