Which do you prefer when it comes to calibers for predators or varmits?

I' ll start it off with my 22-250.

Only thing i have to shoot varmints with is a .17 hmr (not coyotes unless they make a bigger gr bullet). But im gonna give the 223 wssm a try when they are available, so my vote goes for 223.

.243 with Rem 700,nothing special,no bells and whistles-outa the box and drives tacks,I use Nosler 55 gr bllistic tip & 50 gr H414.About 3900 fps.Vaporizes chucks and kinda rough on coyotes.
