Is this rare?

I was out bow hunting this morning and i saw something that was odd to me. Isaw a gray squirrel that had white fur behind its ears. I've shot grey squirrels before and i can't recall ever seeing that. So is itrare?

I've seen white squirrels, and black squirrels, so I dont think it would be to wierd.
