Default Rigor Rabbit?

I just ordered Rigor Rabbit from a local shop. I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck in using him as a decoy? I'm getting the one that moves by himself with batteries. Any hints or tactics from you veteran coyote hunters would be greatly appreciated. Also, what mouth call(s) would be good to start off with?
Thanks.
Bryan

Default RE: Rigor Rabbit?

anything that looks eatable and is moving will take there attention away from you and that is a big plus.a decoy will also work good for when they hang up,throw in some lip squeeks plus that moving critter and they can't resist that easy lunch.the only draw back to deeks is it requires you to expose your self to put it out in the open where they can see it.i also believe that its important to keep that decoy as scent free as possible.think about it,you take last nights dinner, rover the dog and your scent and put it all over that thing it just might work against you.always put the decoy up wind of you and depending on the lay of the land put it any where from right next to ya to 100 yards out.decoys can and will work for you but don't think for a minute that a decoy is going to be the answer to bagging a coyote every time out,it just won't happen.
