I got some buckshot for coyote hunting, but I've never used it before. Do you ever have to worry about shooting buckshot through a choke tube?

Some choke tube manufactures recommend against the use of buckshot through thier tubes. In most cases, we're talking about the very tight turkey super full chokes. You would be fine using choke tubes upto full choke, and all of them with less restriction than the full choke.
I'd suggest trying your cylinder choke, mod. choke, and full choke with at least one shell through each on paper to determine which actually gives you the best pattern. It's possible that the more open chokes may pattern with the larger pellets better than full choke does.

Isn't #4 buck concidered buck shot? No different that #000 buck which is also buck shot, no different than #1 buck which is also buck shot![8D]
