Default Limb Rats Watch Out!!!

deer season ends tommorow, and I got a ton of 22 ammo for Christmas.I'm off Mon;Tue;and Wed. so I will give them the blues for three days.
every time I sit in my deer stand I see ten to fifteen limb rats.so I am going to thin the population a little.<img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>.

I am not a hunter I am a whitetail population reduction specialest

remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.

Me too. I headed out in just a little while to see if the water has gone down enough to get in there. 2 weeks ago there was a 3 foot deep river across the road and that ws the small one. Once I got to the place where I hunt the shallow water was knee deep. Hopefully it has gone down. Gonna take my boy out and give 'em hell this week!

Good luck. I had the same idea the past 2 weeks. Went squirrel hunting near my electric feeder 4 time and haven't seen one yet. During deer season I would see 20 to 30 of them everytime I was in the woods. Now it's like they dissapeared.

I guess it's like the deer, you see them all summer and in the game cam pic's. then when the season opens there all gone.
they seem to know when the season opens.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Been after a few in the backyard....with a bow. Carbons and jodo points. Got 1 out of 5 shots. Just grazed one a few minutes ago, but he recovered and ran off.
