i got a 223 rem lookn to add to my rifle group whats the next rifle with little more bang that i can keep my eye out 4 target only other rifle that i know is a 300 winchester or 7mm or 270

Go with the 7mm mag. wont need anything else unless you just want it.

7mm mag is almost the same as the 270. with a 160gr bullet in the 7mm and a 150gr bullet in a 270 or 280 it goes the same speed and has almost the same amount of enery. go w/ a .270WSM or the .300 winchester, .300 weatherby, .300 rem. ultra mag. and more. i woudl stay w/ the .300 win.
