Default got farmers permission

hi all i was fishing yesterday and saw a yoteon the farmers property across the river. so today i went over there to let the farmer know what i saw. and he said the yote has eluded him for a couple years and i asked him if i may try to get him. he said go ahead take your best shot we talked for a few he called the neighbors and now i have 60 acres to yote hunt onthey all gave me sole permission to hunt on their land. best thing yet is the frist farmer's 20 acres i can already use for small game cause i asked to ___kill the yote first___ the farmer asked in return that i clean up any mess i make. i asured him no mess from me. looks like new gun is in order due to only having a 20 ga,410,and a.22lr ..... im a small game and upland bird hunter... i also asked about ground hogs and he said if i see one kill it Any hints to get the yote into (close range 30 yrds)for now till i get the new gun will be appreciated

Switch that 20 gage to a turkey choke and squeal like a hurt bunny, that rig is easily good to 30 yards with #4 shot. Or you could use an improved cylinder choke and slam him with a foster slug at up to 75 yards.

I would bend over backwards to take care of the landwoner and make sure he knows that you appreciate him.
