A 22 cal pellet gun will do the nasty without the big bang of a rifle or shotgun.

Who uses a .22 when you could just take them out with something as simple as a slingshot.

If you live in town and cant shoot a gun, a slingshot will also have the police looking for ya if some one calls. I use cage traps to thin out bird feeder squirrels.

Ya blow guns would work good. They have broad head darts and eveything now for them. No noise at all.

the squirrels from my backyard had a heck of a time dodging the old daisy bb gun. plenty of one shot kills! but then again, plenty of having to make the animal suffer over 15 shots.... i quit. i cant just put animals through pain like that.
