Anyone here use the .220 swift? I heard how level they shoot and was wonderin' how much fur damage they do?

I herd the same thing and though about getting a new rifle in it but i just got a 204 recently and dont plan on ever getting rid of it.

My buddy has a .220 swift and it leaves a small entrance hole and very rarely and exit hole. plus they do alot of inside damage such as splintering out.

Well you got me loking at the 220 swift now. I still love my 204 but i was thinking abouta new varmint caliber would look nice next to it. The ammo was a little on the expensive side for me so im not getting it now. I dont want ot pay more to shoot it then my 30-06. Ammo was about $20 a box. I would have got it if the ammo was more like $13 or $14.

Here is the rifle.I cant tell you how much I love shooting that rifle.Those are three shot groups at 100 yards ,reloads 43 grains 414 and 40 grain v-max
