I no longer have my bow (hoping to get another one later this year) but i used to after small game with it all the time. It is fun and challenging

i shot a squerrel with a bow one time...hit him right in the head...it was sweet

yea i did that at the first on i shot at with my bow. I hit him in the head and he stayed up there with the arrow in his head until my friend climbed up there and got him down.

I first learned how to bowhunt by hunting small game.
I hunted small game for 5 yearsor morebefore I killed my first deer with a bow.
I usually use an old 40lb Browning Wasp Recurve if I decide to go for small game only.

seems like I remember reading that Ted Nugent won the national archery squirrel hunting championship back in 1974. Never tried it myself/
