Default last weekends take on the T-line

Here's my take from one set in 3 nights - just put out one dirthole set down by the creek and took these three nice coon.

Nice,

How is the fur holding out over there. I had one rubbed coon last week. The fur buyer even suggested that i stop trapping coon at this point. However, I have since caught 7 that look about as pretty as they were a month ago.

The fur I have seen seems to be great so far - a couple of beaver I have seen come through that were rubbed a little but not bad - I helped out a buyer the other day and there were a ton of coon that came through that night most looked really good the ones that didn't were due to poor skinning and handling.

Do you have any idea how long the rubbed condition lasts. Coon hunting season has been extended to mid-February in Illinois whereas it once ended in mid-to late january when rubbing became a problem. So, I'm curious if it will be safer to take coons in early Feb. than late Jan.
