how do you cook squirls and clean them do they tast good just woundering

then to gut it just cut its belly open and cut inside where its intestinines connect to its anus, then cut where its windpipe is and its organs should fall out.

After that rinse it out and let it sit in a pot of salt water for 20 minutes and you can roll it in flour and bake it (my favorite way to cook it).
