Default fox and squirrel question

hey guys, two quick questions....
1. i saw a little red fox today while hunting with my ML for deer, do you guys usually shoot these foxes or let them walk. i doubt they are good eating, so i guess getting them mounted is the only possibility. do you kill a fox if you see it while deer hunting w/ a ML?

2. about how many squirrels would it take to get a nice sized amouint of meat for say, one person. do you need atleast 3, 6...or what. i have never hunted them so im not sure how many would make a decent serving size. also, are they easy to skin and clean. i have a bunch out in my yard and i have never shot one, but would like to with my bow if possible. thanks alot

I don't particularly like squirrel so I don't eat much but I would think a single one would be plenty for a one person meal. They are pretty easy to clean, you do it pretty much just like a rabbit. As far as the fox, I think I'd hold out and wait on a deer if I was after deer. Any other time and I'd be hauling that guy home, though I wouldn't eat it.

I can eat 2 grays or 1.5 fox squirrels in one meal, and I'd let the reds go, they prolly won't survive long if you got coyotes around anyways.
