Default coon

are trees the only places that coon live? i have found a couple holes that have tracks that look like coon in front of them. this may be a really dumb question but i wasnt sure.

Racoons prefer trees. BUT will use dens along creek/river banks!

coon will live in any type of den whether it is a tree, hole, building, old cars..anything that gets them out of the weather!!

EVERY TIME I LOOK FOR A PLACE TO SET A TRAP IS A HOLE IN THE GROUND AND IT HAS WORKED BETTER THAN A TREE HOLE. SO I GUESS THEY LIKE GROUND HOLES BETTER... BUT ALOT OF THE COONS I CAUGHT WERE RETARTED
