Default Getting started for bobcats? what call?

I plan on using a 22 hornet out to 150yds. I have a 25-06 but think this is to big for bobcats. what call should I get that is easy to use. I can call turkeys with a mouth call. How agressive of calling should I do. My friend has already trapped 3 kittys this year and we want to try and call one in.

cats seem to prefer steady calling and high pitched sounds. The calls that come to mind would include, but not be limited to, the critrcall peewee, Verminator Tweety and Syco!
Your hornet would be the cats meow I'd think!

Sit for a minumum of 30 minutes, in an area that is confirmed to hold cats! After 30 minutes, glass the edges of the cover to check for the one that got to the edge and stopped. They often will just sit at the edge of cover and are easy to miss!

So your shooting the cats with a 22 rifle. I might have to try that.
