Easier to cut down the belly from the back end, then scrape it all out.

theres a how to video on huntingfootage.com called Mr. Squaks and it shows how to skin them in mere seconds. once skinned, just scrape the guts out, and i just cut the legs off, keep them, keep the body, and pitch the head. i know people who just scrape out the gutss, cut off the head, and leave it whole too.

i start by cutting the tail off than making a cut about center mass right on the top of its back big enough 2 get a few fingers in than i just rip pull the hide down to the back feet than cut it off than do the same to the front feet cut it off than cut the head off than gut it. I can do a squirrel in a matter of a minute or 2.
