Default need some advise on a wild dog

hey i have a question for you all at the one place i coyote hunt i have been out there 2 times and both times i have called in a dog the thing is i am at least 1 and half miles from the nearest house and this thing comes in to rabbit distress and howls and it circles down wind bout times i watched it come thru the woods sunday it doesnt have a collar or anything what would you guys do i am thinking if it comes to the call one more time i am going to shoot it

it could be a coyote and you just dont know it.. as you pry alrdy know they come in many sizes and colors.. i'd feel bad killin a dog.. get it to come in close.. see what it is.. and shoot it if it isnt a house dog..
