I've also heard dipping them in water and cutting off all the feet makes this job even easier, and less likely to get hair on the meat.
Good luck to all....went for the first time today....got one fox, and one grey out of the same tree!!! A little too hot and buggy for me right now. I was in the woods by a little after 6, and out before 9a.m.
