Shhh, I'm trappin kitty .

I went out this morning and had two of them bastards . One of them wasREALLY mean too . I guess I'd be pissed if I were trapped in a Hav-a-hart . 2 down ,,,,,, maybe 6 or 8 to go . For the record - these are strays and most are quite mean (they're lucky I don't shoot them ) . Those are the first animals that I have trapped . It was great . I would like to trap some squirrel's and move them to my in-laws (they have none) . Do you know of any tips or good advice ? I tried last weekend ,,, they were'nt interested in what I was doing . Thanks .

I caught a squirrel when I was kid with a havahart and I remember using peanut butter.

congrats on the kittys. my Mom is the meanest kitty trapper you will met. The neigbors have aboput 20+ cats most of whitch are feral outside cats. my Mom and the other neigbor are having a cat catching contest my mom is in the lead with 15 total 1/2 of withc are kittens. bu the time the trap most of them there are so many more they can not keep up with them.

Squirrels love sunflower seeds. Ask any bird feeder. The problem is, you'll probably catch more birds


Why don't you hang a bird feeder out for a few weeks until the squirrels find it, then set the Havahart under it with some seeds for bait? I'd almost garauntee a squirrel or two.
