Default Anybody get any Jackalopes?

Today is opening day of Jackalope season here in Texas. Unfortunately, May 1st didn't fall on a weekend so I'll have to wait to go out until next weekend. I've heard reports of a few trophies lurking around Knox City close to the Brazos River. I watched a feeder this last weekend, butno bucks, all does. Maybe I'll run across one of them this weekend. Anybody else been out?

This is one that I've had my eye on this entire year, hopefully I"ll be able to get him in range, they sure are skidish.

I like to jump out of my Summit Viper with my rusty K-bar knife and do the old "hand-to-hand" with them. I have found it to be most sporting.

Just remember to cover your vitals, and privates, those sharp little teeth are much nastier than they look.

Make sure if you go toe-to-toe with one that you get him before he gets you or this can happen.
