Default 375H&H Hare

I have been seeing some hares in the horse paddock when I get home after work I managed to get one with the 12ga the other night for the pot, so I thought that I might give the big girl a go as I have had so much fun with it lately that I decided to have a shot with it.
I am surprised how little damage the 270gr Woodleigh pill does as it passes strait through Rabbits and evidently on Hares as well I might just be able to pot most of this one too.

That looks like one of those magnum-sized rabbits.

I think you don"™t want to admit it but that rabbit died of a heart attack after seeing you pull out that big gun...

The bullet scraped its left hand side it actually has an old piece of towel stuffed in it to keep any mess off my kitchen floor. We also had some discussions down here about excessively gory photos providing ammo for the anti"™s so I make a special point of positioning them before I take a photo (i.e. putting them back together).
They also look betterfor instance that left hand front paw isn"™t actually attached to it at all as the left shoulder is missing and has been replaced by the piece of towel.

You would make a good taxidermist but I still say he died of a heart attack. Just look at his bulging eye. All kidding aside you did a good move with your photo...
