We finally had some nice weather here in South Dakota today. I was able to go out and shoot a 6lb carp with my bow and I was wondering if anyone has ever used the fish entrails to lure in coyotes?
ive not tried it but i would figure it to work. great job on the carp too. ive been wanting to start bow fishing so i was wondering what draw weight you use?

Congrats on the carp. I always enjoy blackened carp. So people don't like it, I love it, next to another bottom feeder, catfish. Anyways, I personally never tried fish guts, always have done rabbits, turkey, ground squirrels and the like. Try it, let us know, but I may say, you will get more raccoons than coyotes your way...

ive been wanting to start bow fishing so i was wondering what draw weight you use?
I've got my bow set at 57lbs. (My bowfishing bowranges from 45-60 lb drawweight) I bowfish with friends who shoot a 45lb recurve and they kill just as well as any of the compunds we use.
