The hide (for a mount) or the meat?

depends ;
#1 is it skinned and cleaned to eat?
#2 is it skinned to mt. the skin?
#3 is it wrapped really well to eat or mt.?

#1 vacumed, a year. just in freezer bag 4 mo's.

#2 only a couple mts. befor it starts to burn.

#3 left whole and wrapped in paper really well , a few mo's.
